Job summary
LaserAway is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to help keep clinic staffing aligned across its locations. This role supports day-to-day and month-to-month coverage planning for medical and sales teams, while following state rules, company policies, and location-specific procedures so patient care and store staffing remain properly covered.
What you'll do
- Build, revise, and release on-call schedules for clinicians and sales staff.
- Handle urgent staffing changes for Sales and Medical teams, including logging daily absences and longer leave situations such as FMLA, LOA, and resignations.
- Keep track of the employee messaging hotline and share live scheduling updates with the relevant teams as situations change.
- Inform the right stakeholders about callouts and verify when replacement coverage has been arranged.
- Record attendance accurately and bring attendance concerns to management when needed.
- Enter, update, and maintain scheduling information in company tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, UKG Kronos, and 8x8.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in scheduling and/or administrative work; prior exposure to Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, UKG Kronos, and 8x8 is preferred.
- Ability to quickly process large amounts of information and document it across multiple systems, screens, and data sources at the same time; comfort using dual monitors is required.
- Comfort working on a small team with high visibility, shared accountability, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and problem-solving ability.
- Availability to work 5 to 6 weekend days each month.
Compensation and benefits
The role pays $23 per hour. LaserAway notes that its compensation structure includes room for additional earnings through performance reviews.
