- Work closely with Production teams to review near-term and longer-range raw quality and volume needs.
- Oversee plant audits, mock recalls, and investigations involving foreign material findings attributed to agriculture.
- Handle short-term planning for inventory, potato utilization, transportation logistics, and raw quality across the year.
- Coordinate sampling and reporting during storage season and contribute to long-term pile management planning.
- Serve as the main contact for transportation providers handling raw product and manage short-term logistics planning.
- Support a strong safety culture by demonstrating correct PPE use and machine safety practices, while contributing to continuous improvement work.
Required experience and skills
- Background in agriculture, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or a similar area.
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience arranging logistics and transportation operations.
- Good judgment and problem-solving ability, especially when working under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between facilities and throughout the growing region.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI, and LLM-based technologies.
- Ability to occasionally work outside standard hours during peak periods or unusual operational situations.
