About the Role
Maison 21G Paris in Singapore is built around the idea that fragrance is a deeply personal form of self-expression. Drawing inspiration from haute perfumery, the brand gives each customer the chance to create a signature scent that reflects their own personality, memories, and emotions.
The company is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join its new boutique as Scent Designers. This is not a standard retail position; the role combines sales, storytelling, and personalised service to help customers enjoy an immersive fragrance-creation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors with warmth and deliver a tailored, high-touch customer experience.
- Lead fragrance consultations and support clients through the custom perfume-making journey.
- Use insight into a customer’s lifestyle, tastes, and personality to suggest suitable scent profiles.
- Present the brand’s background, craftsmanship, and product heritage in an engaging way.
- Recommend matching offerings such as bespoke home fragrances and gifting options.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, including VIP customers.
- Assist with boutique events, fragrance workshops, and interactive brand activations.
- Keep the store aligned with premium luxury retail presentation standards.
- Collect customer feedback and observations to help improve service quality and overall experience.
- Remain informed about fragrance trends, new product releases, and brand initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Interest in luxury, fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Background in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or premium customer service preferred.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Genuine curiosity about people and a desire to create memorable, personalised experiences.
- Comfortable in a sales-oriented role with the ability to recommend products and work toward targets.
- Self-motivated, inquisitive, and keen to keep learning.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail setting, including weekends and public holidays.

Compensation
