Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position is for a Sales Representative in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on engaging prospective students, parents, and institutional clients, explaining services, resolving queries, and supporting them through enrollment or partnership steps. The position also includes lead generation, regular follow-ups, client meetings, outreach activities, CRM updates, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer needs are communicated clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential students, parents, and institutional partners to present the company’s services and answer their questions.
  • Generate new leads and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects.
  • Handle follow-up calls and meetings to move prospects through the sales process.
  • Explain offerings in a clear and persuasive manner while keeping the conversation professional and ethical.
  • Record client interactions, leads, and sales activities accurately in the CRM or other tracking tools.
  • Work toward individual and team sales targets.
  • Take part in local outreach activities and events when required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to relay customer requirements and support smooth service delivery.
  • Build durable client relationships through dependable service and consistent communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to create confidence among different client groups.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing work is preferred, especially in education, training, or a similar field.
  • Comfort using computers, CRM platforms, and standard office software for lead tracking, reporting, and follow-up management.
  • Ability to work from the Lucknow office and stay organized while meeting target-driven goals.
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is suitable; background in business or marketing is an added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in local languages as well as English, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong presentation ability, along with a responsible, dependable, and learner-focused attitude.
