Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai for a Sales Operations Coordinator. The role is focused on supporting sales activities by handling order processing, creating quotations, keeping customer and sales information accurate in CRM and related systems, and working with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered and invoiced on time.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main coordination link between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Create, check, and process quotations, local purchase orders (LPOs), and invoices with a high level of accuracy.
- Work with clients on order progress, delivery timelines, and support after the sale.
- Track leads, quotations, and sales follow-ups so opportunities move toward closure without delay.
- Keep sales records, documents, and CRM entries accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate product details, pricing, and inventory changes with the appropriate internal teams.
- Respond quickly to customer questions and support requests.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to make sure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
- Handle routine administrative duties connected to sales coordination.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator role, ideally within the IT sector.
- Solid knowledge of sales coordination workflows and related documentation.
- Comfortable using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools for maintaining reliable sales data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus good coordination and organization abilities.
- Must already be based in the UAE and able to join immediately or within 15 days.
