Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive enterprise growth across Electronic Security, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and ELV Systems in Dubai. This role is focused on winning new business, especially with UAE government bodies and large enterprise clients. It is a pure new-logo acquisition role for someone who enjoys opening accounts, handling complex deals, and building market presence.
Location and Compensation

What the Role Involves
You will be responsible for identifying and converting business opportunities across ministries, semi-government entities, and enterprise accounts. The job requires building territory plans, managing the complete sales cycle, and working closely with decision-makers and partners to win strategic deals.
Core Responsibilities
- Find, pursue, and close new opportunities within UAE government and enterprise organizations in Dubai.
- Create and execute territory plans for sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, energy, smart city, and critical infrastructure.
- Handle the full sales journey from lead generation and solution presentation to tender/RFP response, negotiation, and deal closure for ELV, security, and IT offerings.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
- Use existing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in Dubai’s government and enterprise environment.
- Build alliances with consultants, system integrators, MEP contractors, and technology OEMs.
- Manage important accounts to support upselling, cross-selling, and long-term client retention.
- Monitor market movements, competitor activity, and major government initiatives such as UAE Digital Government Strategy and Smart Dubai.
- Keep CRM entries accurate and share weekly sales MIS with leadership.
- Work with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to prepare winning technical proposals and bids.
Skills and Expertise Needed
- Strong enterprise sales and business development background.
- Proven ability to prospect and close high-value deals.
- Experience in tender and bid management.
- Confident C-level communication and negotiation skills.
- Consultative and solution-based selling approach.
- Working knowledge of ELV systems, CCTV, access control, VMS, firewalls, SOC, cloud, data center, and structured cabling.
- Ability to manage CRM pipelines and revenue forecasts.
- Relationship-building skills with government and enterprise stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in enterprise sales.
- At least 5 years of experience selling ELV, electronic security, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong active network among IT, security, and engineering leaders in Dubai government and enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success in winning deals valued at AED 500,000 or more.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Must already be based in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
