About the Role

This opening is for a Sales Manager focused on enterprise solutions in ELV and security systems, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The employer is a provider of advanced enterprise low-voltage and security technology solutions, serving clients in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. The role is designed for a driven sales professional who can expand business in the enterprise segment and contribute to revenue growth.

Role Overview

The position calls for a sales leader with a strong record of success in ELV and security systems sales within the UAE, especially Abu Dhabi. The right candidate will manage enterprise client relationships, identify and convert new business opportunities, and consistently deliver strong sales performance. A solid grasp of the security and ELV market, persuasive communication, and a strategic approach to account management are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and pursue new enterprise opportunities in Abu Dhabi with a focus on ELV and security system projects.
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Recommend customized solutions after understanding customer needs, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, public address, BMS, and related systems.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and quota targets.
  • Prepare strong proposals, presentations, and tender submissions that are technically accurate and aligned with client expectations.
  • Track industry movement, competitor activity, and market demand to position solutions effectively.
  • Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and project delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep CRM records updated with forecasts, pipeline status, and client details.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive sales experience in ELV and security systems within the UAE, with particular emphasis on Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong understanding of ELV and security technologies and solution sets.
  • Proven ability to work within the Abu Dhabi enterprise market, including government, semi-government, and large private-sector accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.
  • A valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Applicants should be self-driven, proactive, goal-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with professionalism and integrity, are important for this role.

Compensation

The monthly salary range is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000, inclusive of benefits, depending on experience and qualifications.
