Job description
Role Overview
Europcar Kosovo is hiring a full-time Sales Manager (Sales Agent) to join the airport rent-a-car team at Pristina International Airport “Adem Jashari”. The position focuses on handling sales activities and delivering professional customer service in a busy front-office environment.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee vehicle rental bookings and prepare or manage rental agreements.
- Introduce and explain the company’s services to customers.
- Make sure each client receives a smooth, positive service experience.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid driving license.
- Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Workplace
This role is based at the Europcar Kosovo rent-a-car terminal inside Pristina International Airport “Adem Jashari”, Pristina, District of Pristina, Kosovo.
