About the internship
Overview
JFS Technologies offers an internship opportunity in Sales & Growth focused on fintech solutions. The intern will be responsible for promoting JFinmate's Home Loan and LAP products, engaging with customers and partners, and contributing valuable market feedback to support product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote adoption of JFinmate's financial products by educating property buyers, clients, and referral partners.
- Inform customers about the Smart Referral program, fostering a network of active promoters.
- Build partnerships by connecting with real estate agents, financial advisors, and young professionals to broaden outreach.
- Present product demonstrations, articulate value propositions, and assist clients throughout onboarding.
- Provide timely market and customer insights to product and strategy teams for continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Available to work full-time at the Pune office for a six-month duration starting between July 31 and September 4, 2026.
- Possess relevant skills or interests related to sales, marketing, and financial services.
- Women candidates seeking to initiate or restart their careers are encouraged to apply.
- Currently enrolled students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and explain concepts.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for fintech, mortgage technologies, and referral marketing systems.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive with the capacity to generate new business prospects.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 20,000 to 35,000, including a fixed component of INR 15,000 plus incentives between INR 5,000 and INR 20,000 based on performance.
