About the Role

Chaumet, the Parisian jewellery Maison founded in 1780, is seeking a Sales Executive for its Jeddah boutique in Saudi Arabia. The brand is rooted in centuries of craftsmanship, French heritage, and a tradition of excellence, while currently evolving through a broader modernization and growth strategy within the LVMH group. The expected joining timeframe is Q4 2026.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will help build Chaumet’s presence in the Middle East by delivering an outstanding client experience, driving boutique sales, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Client Experience and Brand Representation

  • Act as a true representative of the Maison for every client interaction.
  • Communicate the brand’s more than 240-year legacy and culture of expertise and refinement.
  • Create a warm, premium welcome that reflects the Chaumet experience.
  • Recommend suitable jewellery pieces and guide clients through the buying journey.
  • Contribute to the selling moment with thoughtful, memorable touches that surprise and delight customers.
  • Lead clients through an emotional discovery of the Chaumet universe.

Business Growth and Client Development

  • Work toward individual sales targets while supporting the broader boutique team in reaching its goals.
  • Help expand and maintain the client database by reviewing, creating, and updating customer profiles.
  • Build future business opportunities by nurturing your own client portfolio and widening the brand’s reach.
  • Support clienteling initiatives by inviting clients and prospects to Maison events.
  • Prepare tailored product selections for VIP visits based on the occasion and client needs.

Store Operations and Team Contribution

  • Support the boutique in achieving shared commercial objectives through close teamwork.
  • Take part in team meetings, campaigns, challenges, events, and store activities.
  • Assist in tracking performance indicators and customer feedback.
  • Follow security procedures, cash handling rules, and stock control processes.
  • Provide input for reporting and analysis when requested by headquarters and act as a key contact for client feedback.
  • Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team on window presentation and in-store displays.
  • Support stock management and after-sales activities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within luxury retail or the jewellery sector. You should be commercially driven, comfortable with targets, deeply interested in jewellery and the Chaumet Maison, and able to build strong client relationships through empathy, attentive listening, and confidence. Strong business understanding, storytelling ability, and excellent written and verbal communication are also important. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
