Role overview

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive position is based in Kochi, Kerala. The person in this role will find potential customers, explain the attestation services clearly, and turn prospects into paying clients. The job involves managing incoming enquiries, following up with leads, strengthening client relationships, and keeping the sales funnel active and organized.

What you will do

  • Reach out to prospective customers and promote the company’s attestation services.
  • Respond to enquiries and lead conversations that move prospects toward conversion.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, including notes, records, and status updates.
  • Prepare sales proposals and coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
  • Work toward individual and team targets for revenue and sales performance.
  • Support local marketing activities and contribute ideas for lead generation.
  • Collect customer feedback and share inputs that help improve sales processes.

Required profile

Applicants should have strong consultative selling skills, the ability to generate leads, and a relationship-driven approach to sales. Clear communication in English and local languages is important, along with confident listening and presentation abilities. Candidates should be comfortable using basic computer tools, CRM systems, and sales reporting methods. A customer-first attitude, problem-solving ability, and professional handling of questions or concerns are also needed.

Qualification and experience

A minimum of a high school diploma is required. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is considered an added advantage. Previous experience in sales, customer support, or another service-based environment is preferred, and experience in attestation or documentation services will be useful. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Kochi, manage time well, and consistently meet target-based performance expectations.
