Role overview
We are looking for Sales Executives to join a rapidly expanding team in Macclesfield. This opportunity is ideal for someone starting out in sales who brings enthusiasm, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Prior sales experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided.
What the role involves
You will speak with businesses in the UK and the US and develop opportunities across a wide mix of services, such as accountancy, business broadband and mobile services, energy, card payment solutions, business loans, telephone systems, and health and safety support. The role is consultative and built around relationships rather than aggressive selling.
This position involves no cold calling; most conversations will be with warm leads or existing contacts.
Pay, commission, and progression
- Basic salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000, with uncapped commission on top.
- Daily commission and cash incentives are available, with on-target earnings of £40,000 to £50,000 in the first year.
- Meeting monthly KPIs can trigger a £1,000 pay increase.
- Monthly rewards include extra cash for the top three performers, with the best performer receiving £250.
- Overtime is paid at time and a half.
- There are optional US-shift opportunities from 11:00 to 20:30 for higher earning potential.
