About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to oversee and develop sales within the assigned territory. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with various industry stakeholders including dealers, fabricators, contractors, builders, OEMs, and end-users. The primary goal is to transform dealers into enthusiastic promoters of Pronto products and to support them in successfully closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand sales activities across the designated sales territory.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, fabricators, contractors, builders, OEMs, and end-users to foster partnerships and promote products.
- Convert dealers into active promoters of Pronto brand and product lines.
- Generate new leads and assist dealers in finalizing sales transactions.
- Address customer inquiries related to technical details, commercial terms, and logistics.
- Advise and recommend suitable Pronto products tailored to specific customer needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to increase market share and presence.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated strong skills in sales and business development.
- Highly target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness and capability to perform extensive field visits and engagements.
- Previous experience in sandwich panels, construction materials, or related sectors is advantageous.
Compensation & Incentives
The role offers a competitive monthly remuneration ranging between 40,000 and 70,000 INR. Additionally, performance-based incentives are provided with no upper limit, allowing high achievers to maximize their earnings based on sales success.
