Job Summary
This role is for a driven sales professional who can open new business for a food company, bring in fresh customers, and support revenue growth. The position focuses on building durable relationships with retailers, restaurants, distributors, and other commercial buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source fresh sales opportunities through market study, networking, cold outreach, and in-person field visits.
- Build and nurture connections with both prospective and existing clients.
- Introduce and market the company’s food offerings to retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and distributors.
- Arrange and lead customer meetings, product walkthroughs, and demonstrations.
- Handle pricing discussions, contract terms, and sales agreements in line with company policies.
- Track down prospects through follow-ups and turn them into long-term customers.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Keep an eye on market movement, competitor actions, and customer demand.
- Record sales activity and client communication accurately in the CRM.
- Work closely with internal departments to support seamless order handling and customer experience.
- Draft regular sales updates and forecasting reports.
Key Performance Indicators
- Monthly count of new leads created.
- Number of newly acquired customers.
- Monthly revenue achieved from sales.
- Lead-to-customer conversion percentage.
- Customer retention and repeat purchase rate.
- Number of client meetings and product presentations completed.
Work Location
This is an onsite role based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
