Role overview
We are looking for an Account Executive to help grow the business by developing strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, showcasing the product’s value, and handling negotiations through to successful deal closure. This position plays an important part in driving satisfaction and building lasting partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Generate revenue from a defined portfolio of accounts and work toward or beyond assigned targets.
- Independently manage the full sales journey for smaller accounts and promising leads, starting from the initial discussion and ending with closure.
- Plan and run lead-generation initiatives using email outreach, LinkedIn, and partner relationships.
- Support go-to-market efforts for new product categories in Indian markets.
- Handle multiple accounts at the same time.
- Review sales and performance metrics from your accounts to refine approach and improve outcomes.
- Ensure a high standard of service and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidate profile
- Experienced Account Executive with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales.
- At least 2 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 1 year in B2B SaaS sales.
- Comfortable closing deals end to end without supervision, including prospecting, nurturing, pricing discussions, negotiations, and final closure.
- Prior exposure to selling in the Indian market.
- Practical experience with email and LinkedIn outbound prospecting as well as lead generation through partner networks.
- Proven record of closing deals with solid volume and value.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS product companies.
- Preferred background includes working with D2C clients.
- Self-motivated, execution-oriented, adaptable in a fast-moving startup environment, and able to communicate the company vision persuasively.

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time onsite position.
