Role overview
We are hiring a Sales Executive for our Surat office to support the expansion of our SaaS offerings among agencies and small businesses across India. This position is an inside sales role that is fully office-based, with no field travel involved. Leads will be handed over directly by the Sales Manager, so you will focus on handling assigned prospects, learning their business needs, demonstrating the right Refrens solution, and converting them into customers.

Key responsibilities
- Work with leads assigned by the Sales Manager and run structured sales conversations focused on conversion.
- Learn each prospect’s business pain points through discovery calls and connect those needs to the product’s capabilities.
- Present product demos that clearly communicate the value of the software in a relevant and persuasive way.
- Handle objections professionally and move prospects smoothly through the sales journey until closure.
- Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team targets.
- Keep up to date with product changes, market trends, and competitor offerings to guide prospects accurately.
Candidate profile
This opportunity is open to freshers and candidates with an academic or professional background in Business, Commerce, or a related area. Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English are important, along with a clear and persuasive speaking style. The role suits people who are goal-oriented, interested in sales and business development, and comfortable managing work independently within a structured office setting. Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is useful but not required.

- Fixed pay aligned with strong salary benchmarks in Surat.
