Role Overview
This is a Sales Development Representative position focused on the DACH region for a growing B2B software business. The role sits within an enterprise SaaS environment based in Berlin, with a hybrid working setup. The package includes an OTE of €75,000. The company is looking for someone who can help expand its presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland while contributing to a culture that rewards strong performance early and supports clear career progression into more senior commercial roles.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to potential customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and start meaningful conversations.
- Develop trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders using a consultative sales style.
- Create and progress qualified opportunities for the broader sales organisation.
- Investigate target accounts and design outreach plans that are relevant and well targeted.
- Partner with experienced sales leaders and operate in a high-velocity SaaS setting.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will bring around one year or more of experience in software sales, SaaS sales, business development, or sales development. Native German and strong English are essential. We are also looking for someone with clear communication ability, genuine commercial interest, and a track record of achieving something notable beyond standard job duties, such as strong academics, sports performance, entrepreneurship, leadership, scholarships, or consistently outperforming targets. Curiosity, resilience, and openness to coaching and feedback are important.
