This position is for a Sales Coordinator who will support the sales function by handling coordination, customer records, communication, and order follow-through from initial enquiry to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate day-to-day sales operations.
- Update and manage customer information in Excel-based records.
- Arrange meetings, send email follow-ups, and track lead communication.
- Oversee the order flow from enquiry stage through delivery completion.
