Role Overview
Jaidah Group is hiring a motivated Sales Consultant to support its B2B lubricants business in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on uncovering new sales opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and pursue new business leads through networking, cold outreach, and prospecting efforts.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both potential and current customers.
- Assess client requirements and propose products or services that best fit their needs.
- Deliver sales pitches, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Work toward and surpass assigned sales goals and performance indicators.
- Keep CRM records current by logging sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions accurately.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support a seamless onboarding process and strong customer experience.
- Monitor market developments, competitor movements, and industry changes to stay commercially informed.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated background in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong negotiation and people skills.
- Ability to earn trust, build relationships, and influence key decision-makers.
- Results-focused mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-starter who can take initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and sales reporting processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
