Role Overview

This position is for a Sales Associate within Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle Operations. The role focuses on delivering strong customer service, driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and supporting a premium retail experience in fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service that consistently meets Majid Al Futtaim standards by understanding shopper needs and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
• Handle customer issues quickly and professionally, and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when needed while keeping the customer experience front and center.
• Work toward sales goals and look for practical ways to surpass them without losing sight of the customer.
• Strengthen sales through detailed product knowledge and by actively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Maintain store presentation and operational standards, including cleanliness, organization, and restocking support.
• Follow all store security procedures and regulations to help reduce stock loss.
• Use advanced selling techniques to better match customer needs, support larger-value transactions, and encourage repeat business.
• Suggest suitable products and help customers find items across other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores when the requested merchandise is unavailable in the store.

Requirements

• High school certificate.
• 1 to 2 years of industry experience.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
