Key duties
- Represent the brand on the shop floor and help create a friendly, welcoming environment for customers.

- Monitor personal sales performance and look for opportunities to improve results and exceed targets.
- Keep merchandise replenished, tidy, and attractively displayed so the store remains well presented.
Required experience and qualifications
- A Matric certificate is required.
- Previous experience selling in a retail setting is needed.
- Experience from the hospitality sector will be considered an added advantage.
- The role calls for someone who can provide excellent service, handle customer concerns professionally, and still drive sales.
- Strong communication and people skills are important for building rapport with shoppers.
- You should be detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
- The role requires the ability to work alone as well as cooperatively with a team.
