Sales Assistant (Part Time - 15 Hours Per Week - 3 Month FTC)

Role Overview

Sally Europe is looking for a sales-focused retail assistant to support a lively store environment in Dublin. The role is suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, works well toward targets, and is enthusiastic about beauty and haircare products. This position is a fixed-term contract for 3 months, with 15 hours scheduled per week.

Applicants must be 18 or over because of the nature of the products sold.

Key Duties

• Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to help customers and drive store performance.
• Provide knowledgeable, upbeat service so customers have a positive experience.
• Build a strong understanding of products and promotions to make accurate recommendations.
• Work toward daily sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
• Assist with stock handling and visual presentation so the shop floor stays tidy and appealing.
