Role Overview
For the ZARA store in Kassel, we are looking for a Sales Assistant / Retail Associate (m/w/d) to join the team in part-time or full-time arrangements, starting from 25 hours per week. The position is centered around retail, customer interaction, and active participation in the daily life of the store.
What You Will Do
This role is much more than ringing up purchases. You will watch what is happening on the sales floor, support customers with advice, help shape the store environment, and contribute to the overall experience for both shoppers and colleagues.
Working in the store means keeping pace with a fast-moving environment where decisions, collaboration, and flexibility matter every day.
