Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival.
- Respond to customer inquiries and questions efficiently.
- Locate requested stock items for customers.
- Serve customers and accurately process transactions at the tills.
- Ensure shelves are stocked in an orderly and neat manner.
- Create and maintain visually appealing product displays.
- Manage stock rotation and stock replenishment activities.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the team.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is essential.
- Exhibit enthusiasm, friendliness, professionalism, and approachability with a strong customer service orientation.
- Possess a warm and welcoming personality, passionate about delivering memorable experiences to customers.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
