Sales and Marketing Executive

Position Overview

Dream Aashiyana is looking for energetic and driven professionals to join our real estate sales team as Sales Executives or Sales Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential buyers and property listings.
• Develop and maintain a network of prospective clients through social media, referrals, and other lead generation techniques.
• Assist clients in finding properties that meet their requirements and preferences.
• Organize and lead property viewings, offering detailed information about property features and advantages.
• Negotiate purchase offers and contracts between buyers and developers to ensure successful deals.
• Keep informed about real estate laws and regulations relevant to the market.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create effective sales plans.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all sales phases, aiming for client satisfaction and ongoing relationships.
• Prepare and share professional sales proposals and reports that emphasize investment value to clients.
• Document all sales efforts and client communications in an orderly manner.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is 15,000 to 65,000 INR monthly.

Work Location

This position is based in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India, and requires on-site presence.
