Job description
Role Overview
We are hiring a proactive, target-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist for our Dubai team. The role is centered on growing HORECA business, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth through well-planned sales activity.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a closely related discipline is needed.
- Strong spoken and written English is required.
- Candidates should be open to relocation and comfortable adjusting quickly to new surroundings.
- The role calls for someone who works well with people from varied cultural backgrounds and performs confidently in a multicultural setting.
- Applicants must be self-driven, well organized, able to work without close supervision, and capable of resolving problems while staying focused on targets.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, presentations, and problem-solving are important.
- Comfort using CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with HORECA clients by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality service.
- Draft customized business proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements.
- Monitor and report on potential customers, market developments, and competitor actions on a regular basis.
- Maintain an organized client database and keep CRM and tracking records current and accurate.
- Handle negotiations related to contracts, pricing, volumes, and other commercial terms.
- Work toward and achieve assigned sales goals and KPI targets.
- Use market insights and strategic thinking to build long-term business value and identify fresh opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline in a structured way using modern digital tools to maintain visibility and control.
