Role Overview
Lamborghini Abu Dhabi & Dubai is hiring an energetic Sales Advisor to support its showroom sales efforts in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on helping customers by phone, email, and in person, while creating a premium buying experience that reflects the brand and its products.
What You Will Do
- Work toward the sales goals set by management while delivering an excellent customer journey.
- Develop strong knowledge of the vehicles and communicate product details with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Keep up to date with manufacturer campaigns, incentives, and changing offers.
- Foster lasting customer relationships and aim to turn buyers into repeat clients for life.
- Support customers throughout the car purchase process, including model selection, test drives, customization, financing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Explain deal structures clearly and respond knowledgeably to customer questions.
- Use the CRM system to track follow-ups and make sure every customer receives proper attention and satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions when required.
- Use marketing activities and promotional events to help generate leads, close sales, and strengthen customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior work as a sales advisor in the automotive sector or in luxury retail sales.
- A polished, professional manner with an outgoing attitude.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Good physical stamina.
