Job description

Role Overview

The Sales Administrator will support the sales function by keeping internal workflows organized, managing order progress, and ensuring coordination across departments. This position calls for someone detail-focused, comfortable with analysis, and capable of communicating effectively in a diverse workplace.

Reporting Line

This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and sits within the Sales department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee internal sales orders from entry through completion, making sure details are correct and processing happens on time.
  • Create invoices and monitor customer payments to help secure prompt collections.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and teams such as Finance, Logistics, and Production to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Keep customer account files, records, and supporting documents accurate, current, and well organized.
  • Prepare, check, and coordinate tender documents so they align with company standards and client specifications.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical thinking and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Well-developed organization skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Comfort working as part of a team and collaborating with different functions.
  • Ability to adapt to a multicultural setting and remain flexible in a changing environment.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Language Requirements

  • English fluency is required.
  • Arabic language ability is beneficial.
