About the Role
One&Only The Palm in Dubai is looking for a Room Service Order Taker to join the Food & Beverage team. In this position, you will support the daily operation of the in-room dining desk and work closely with the IRD Manager. The role sits within a luxury resort environment where guest care, precision, and warm service are central to the experience.
About the Property
One&Only The Palm is a beachfront retreat set on Palm Island, where contemporary Dubai meets traditional Arabian charm. The resort is known for creating highly personalized guest experiences and delivering service with creativity, empathy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the One&Only The Palm Quality Management System in all daily activities.
- Help ensure the in-room dining department runs efficiently and smoothly each day.
- Participate in training as outlined in the department’s training plan.
- Contribute to improving outlet usage and increasing revenue wherever possible.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should bring 1 to 2 years of experience in an upscale 5-star hotel or resort setting. A strong background in food and beverage service is essential. The role also calls for excellent communication skills, strong personal presentation, and the ability to connect confidently with high-profile and diverse guests. You should be a collaborative team player who can deliver consistently high service standards.
Language Requirements
Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
