Job description

Role Overview

This position is for a room attendant within the Innkeepers Lodge brand, focused on creating a welcoming stay for every guest. The role suits someone who enjoys delivering excellent service, works with professionalism, and takes pride in maintaining a comfortable environment.

The hiring process is designed to be quick and mobile-friendly, and a CV is not required. The application form is intended to take about 2 minutes to complete.

Key Duties

  • Work alongside the team to provide a warm, friendly, and genuine welcome and farewell so guests are more likely to return and recommend the property.
  • Engage guests in appropriate conversation and encourage participation in the guest experience survey.
  • Clean and present bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the brand’s required standard.
  • Follow all opening and closing procedures carefully to maintain cleanliness and safety.
