Room Attendant

About the Role

Parable Hospitality is hiring a full-time Room Attendant for The Redondo Beach Hotel, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in Redondo Beach, California. This position focuses on keeping guest rooms and assigned public areas clean, organized, and ready to a high hotel standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, courteous, and attentive service to guests at all times.
• Speak clearly and work cooperatively with guests and team members.
• Prepare guest rooms to company standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, full bathroom cleaning, wall wiping, and similar housekeeping tasks.
• Complete assigned rooms within the time target set by the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager.
• Follow company guidelines for guest room amenities.
• Immediately hand over any items found in guest rooms to management.
• Safeguard the master room key throughout the shift and return it when work ends.
• Do not leave the property while carrying the key.
• Escalate maintenance issues that require prompt attention.
• Support laundry duties when needed.
• Report lost, found, or damaged items to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Help coworkers and other departments when necessary to support overall hotel performance.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.

Compensation

Pay range: USD 20.00 to 21.00 per hour.
