Job description
About Connie Health
Connie Health is a modern Medicare platform that combines AI with local expertise to help seniors reduce costs and access better care. Backed by a recent Series B round from leading investors, the company is expanding quickly and building the operating foundation that supports its advisors and growth teams.
Role Overview
This position is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys working with data and bringing structure to fast-paced operations. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you will support the sales organization as the analytical and operational backbone of the team. Your work will focus on turning raw information into useful reporting, helping plan advisor staffing and schedules, and improving the systems and workflows that keep the business moving. You’ll also gain direct exposure to sales leadership and a strong growth path toward senior analyst or operations roles. Because the company uses AI at its core, you’ll be expected to use AI tools to work more efficiently and contribute ideas for automating manual work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and reports covering the sales funnel, including pipeline, conversion, productivity, and retention metrics, so leadership has a clear view of performance.
- Gather, clean, and interpret data to support sales leadership inquiries, identify trends, and highlight what is performing well or needs attention.
- Assist with workforce planning by helping manage advisor schedules, tracking staffing against plan, and monitoring shift coverage to keep the team ready for normal demand and seasonal spikes such as Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
- Monitor capacity, utilization, call volume, and productivity to help leaders identify staffing gaps early and plan hiring and scheduling ahead of demand.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and process work, including drafting, data cleaning, trend summaries, and automation prototypes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, audit for missing or incorrect data, and protect the integrity of the numbers used across the team.
- Document and improve sales workflows, including lead routing, handoffs, and approvals, while identifying opportunities for automation and reduced manual effort.
- Support daily operations by administering sales tools, resolving workflow issues, and keeping trackers and playbooks current.
- Prepare supporting materials for weekly business reviews, staffing reviews, and forecasting discussions.
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and process improvement initiatives that help the team scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience; candidates from any academic background are welcome.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data to draw practical conclusions.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- A planning-oriented mindset with an interest in improving repeatable processes and organizing complex schedules.
- Hands-on curiosity about AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms, with a desire to use them to speed up reporting and operations.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats to non-analytical audiences.
- Initiative, strong time management, and comfort operating in a fast-changing environment.
- Preferred background or interest in operations, analytics, workforce management, consulting, finance, healthcare, or insurance.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Direct mentorship from the Director of Sales Operations and regular visibility with senior revenue leaders.
- The chance to contribute to a mission-driven startup improving Medicare navigation for seniors.
- A strong career path toward senior analyst, sales operations, or strategy positions as the company grows.
- Exposure to analytics, workforce management, systems, and operational strategy rather than a narrow function.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000.
