Role overview
This is a revenue operations leadership role for a partner company hiring in Ireland. The employer is a fast-scaling global SaaS business, and the position sits at the center of go-to-market performance, helping to create a more efficient, measurable, and scalable revenue engine. You will act as a strategic ally to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders while also staying hands-on with process design, systems, analytics, and execution.
The role suits a data-led professional who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, improving operating models, and driving long-term business impact in a remote-friendly, international environment.
Key accountabilities
- Work closely with EMEA GTM leadership to uncover operational gaps and turn business priorities into practical revenue operations improvements.
- Streamline the full revenue lifecycle so Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams work together more effectively.
- Oversee enhancements to the revenue operations tech stack by partnering with systems teams on CRM and other GTM platforms.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reporting structures, forecasting tools, and analytical outputs that enable informed decision-making.
- Strengthen GTM execution through better lead routing, segmentation, territory planning, account allocation, and performance measurement.
- Drive large cross-functional efforts such as process redesigns, system rollouts, and new GTM programs, with clear business outcomes.
- Set standards for CRM data quality, governance, and ongoing database maintenance.
- Contribute to strategic planning activities including territory structure, headcount planning, revenue forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.
- Encourage adoption of RevOps tools and workflows by producing scalable documentation, enablement materials, and operating guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS business.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, along with hands-on experience using Clari.
- Exposure to GTM tools such as Salesloft, Qualified, Amplemarket, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven analytical strength, including the ability to build scalable dashboards, reporting systems, and data models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
- Demonstrated success influencing decisions and leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
- Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational ability, adaptability, and comfort with changing priorities while keeping a high standard of operational excellence.
Benefits
- Fully remote and flexible working setup within the Netherlands.
- Opportunity to join a fast-growing international SaaS company with strong prospects for internal career growth.
- Access to learning and development through training, coaching, ongoing learning, and frequent feedback.
- Modern IT equipment and resources to support remote work effectively.
- Collaborative international culture with regular team events and cross-border networking opportunities.
- Inclusive environment with a commitment to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity.
- Full-time role with the chance to make a meaningful contribution to global GTM operations.
