Job description

About the role

Okta is hiring an experienced Revenue Operations Manager for the EMEA region. This position sits at the intersection of operational strategy and regional execution, helping translate broader revenue operations initiatives into reliable day-to-day outcomes. While the role supports EMEA, it also contributes to team-wide projects, process ownership, system improvements, and operational expertise that benefits the wider organization.

The company’s mission centers on secure identity infrastructure for organizations navigating both human and AI-driven workflows. The environment is described as fast-moving, high-accountability, and focused on delivering with precision.

What you will do

  • Manage EMEA territory execution so bookings follow internal policies, remain accurate, and satisfy compliance requirements; handle complex, high-value, and non-standard transactions as a subject matter expert.
  • Act as a key execution and escalation contact for the Finance Global Capability Center, providing direction on intricate scenarios and helping ensure policy and process are applied consistently.
  • Work with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and other related groups to support sophisticated deal structures and make sure transactions are processed according to defined controls and workflows.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close tasks, including building, checking, refining, and resolving reconciliation issues when needed.
  • Review operational data and workflows to spot inconsistencies, emerging patterns, and opportunities to improve processes.
  • Create and assess business performance reporting, including dashboards and reports that help with planning and decision-making while accurately reflecting operational outcomes.
  • Coordinate and contribute to several operational and process-improvement efforts, ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently and aligned to expected results.
  • Partner with Business Technology and Finance Transformation teams on system upgrades, including user acceptance testing, change validation, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Help train and enable both the team and cross-functional partners on processes, unusual scenarios, and operational best practices.
  • Use automation and AI-enabled tools where useful to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability across revenue operations workstreams.

Who you are

You are a strong operational professional who understands the full quote-to-cash flow and how decisions made upstream or downstream affect business outcomes. You are comfortable working through complexity, balancing priorities, and making sound judgments in situations that do not follow standard patterns. You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and bring a practical, improvement-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a closely related function.
  • Advanced familiarity with operational systems and tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to work quickly, adapt to change, and perform well in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes and their operational impact.
  • Experience handling complex policies, systems, and workflows with good judgment.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain processes and decisions across teams.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Open to using automation and AI-enabled tools to improve how work gets done.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for candidates in Ireland is €68,000 to €93,500 per year. Actual pay will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to salary, eligible candidates may receive equity, a bonus, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and financial benefits including paid time off and parental leave, subject to company plans and policies.
