About You

We are seeking a commercially astute and analytical professional with robust financial modeling capabilities and advanced Excel proficiency. The ideal candidate is adept at interpreting data to provide actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth and support informed decision-making. You possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, thrive in dynamic environments, and are a proactive, solutions-oriented team player eager to identify opportunities and enhance commercial outcomes.

About The Role

The Revenue Manager is instrumental in maximizing profitability and revenue for our Australian businesses. This involves devising and implementing effective pricing and inventory management strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and develop attractive packages for a wide range of visitors. Utilizing data analytics and revenue management tools, the role aims to elevate the guest experience while ensuring financial performance meets company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage pricing strategies, including dynamic pricing models.
  • Set performance targets for sales channels and monitor accountability.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer demand to optimize rates.
  • Generate financial reports and analyze key performance indicators such as guest numbers, occupancy, yield, and gross margin.
  • Oversee pricing for online travel agencies (OTAs) and manage wholesale group allocations.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities, suggest process enhancements, and conduct post-campaign analysis for promotional activities.
