Job Summary
South Beach Bubbles is seeking a dedicated Retail Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the complete logistics, compliance, and fulfillment operations for major retail chains and international distributors. This pivotal role involves acting as the main point of contact for retailer logistics, ensuring precise order processing, efficient routing, adherence to shipping regulations, and punctual deliveries. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining and distributing essential product compliance documentation and factory certifications, guaranteeing that all stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams, have access to current and accurate records. This position requires close collaboration with sales, operations, warehouse staff, factories, freight carriers, and retail partners to achieve seamless execution, regulatory adherence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage operations on various retail platforms such as Walmart, Target, At Home, Walgreens, BJs, CVS, and others.
- Oversee the setup and automation of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for both new and existing clients, with a preference for experience in SPS Commerce and/or True Commerce.
- Maintain meticulous order documentation, including critical details like ship dates, inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Handle and manage all product compliance documents.
- Facilitate timely and accurate fulfillment by coordinating with international distributors and manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment by liaising with internal warehouses and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Process order routing and schedule pickups in strict accordance with customer compliance mandates.
- Keep vendor manuals, routing guides, and operational process documentation up-to-date.
- Provide support for trade shows as required.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge.
- Independently manage and execute projects from start to finish.
- Assist the finance department with invoicing, collection processes, and managing chargebacks.
- Engage with retailers and sales representatives through both phone and email communication.

- Experience within the toys industry is considered an advantage.
