Job description
The Role
Mitre 10 MEGA Glenfield is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to ensure the safety of staff, property, merchandise, and finances. This role is crucial for maintaining store security and upholding company interests while providing excellent customer service. A primary focus will be on loss prevention and profit protection through the implementation of effective strategies and initiatives to minimize shrinkage and maximize profitability. You will actively participate in identifying security vulnerabilities and developing countermeasures.
This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, typically from Tuesday to Saturday. It offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and skill development in a varied role.
