Retail Promoter - Beauty & Supplements

Role Overview

This is a permanent retail promoter position supporting store operations across islandwide locations in Singapore. The role suits someone who enjoys speaking with customers and has an interest in health supplements and beauty-related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain health supplements to customers visiting retail stores, pharmacies, and roadshow locations.
• Share clear information about product benefits, ingredients, and the correct way to use each item.
• Offer simple health-oriented guidance and suggest products that match the customer’s needs.
• Work toward daily and weekly sales goals while keeping track of how products are performing.
• Maintain attractive, tidy, and fully stocked product displays in line with brand standards.
• Respond to customer questions in a polite and professional manner, ensuring a strong service experience.
• Gather customer comments and observations, then pass useful feedback to the sales or marketing team.
• Take part in promotions, campaigns, and product launches whenever required.

Working Conditions

The position requires a 44-hour work week across 5 days, including weekends and public holidays. Work will be arranged in rotating shifts, covering morning and afternoon schedules. The role also involves travel to assigned outlets within about one hour of commuting distance.
