Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest warmly and keep interactions friendly and welcoming.

  • Prepare and store food safely while keeping preparation areas aligned with health, safety, and audit requirements.
  • Complete temperature checks and document them following company procedure.
  • Carry out daily and weekly cleaning tasks according to the cleaning schedule.
  • Follow the required standards for product quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Work in line with restaurant performance expectations and guidance from the shift manager.
  • Stay aware of restaurant goals and targets so your work supports overall performance.
  • Keep the kitchen and operational areas clean, organised, and well stocked to meet customer expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and convenience.
  • Report any near misses, injuries, or illnesses immediately.
  • Follow instructions carefully, including using personal protective equipment when required.
