Restaurant Team Member

Overview

This role is based at Store 2727074Q, 3070 Cedartown Hwy SW, Rome, Georgia 30161. It is a full-time, on-site position with flexible shift availability.

What you will do

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and guest-focused service in a busy restaurant setting.
• Keep the restaurant clean and orderly by handling routine housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
• Prepare and serve menu items in line with brand standards, company procedures, and health department rules.
• Help maintain consistent product quality, food safety, and day-to-day operational standards.
• Record cash, sales, and inventory activity accurately.
• Observe all applicable government regulations and safety requirements.
• Complete incident documentation according to the company’s 5-minute rule policy.
• Work in alignment with company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win.

• Capacity to reach overhead and use hands to grasp and manipulate objects throughout the shift.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally, including lifting from floor level to overhead.
