Role overview
This opening is for a Research Assistant on a 1-year basis within the Research department under the Allied Health family group. The selected candidate will support, coordinate, and help run research projects handled by the department.
Key responsibilities
The role involves helping with project coordination, arranging participant follow-up visits, handling data entry and database upkeep, collecting information from participant interviews, and managing the scheduling of research assessment rooms and the reception area. The position also includes supporting recruitment for research studies, contributing to manuscript preparation for journal submission, and taking on other duties as required.
Requirements
Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, a positive attitude toward learning, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public Health, or Social Sciences is required.
