Role Summary

The company is hiring a performance-driven Resale Consultant to manage the sale of residential and commercial properties in Dubai’s secondary market. The role involves supporting clients through the full transaction process, identifying suitable investment options, and helping buyers and sellers complete successful deals.

What You Will Do

  • Manage resale opportunities for residential units, plots, villas, and townhouses across Dubai.
  • Source new resale listings and connect with property owners to expand inventory.
  • Assess properties, study market conditions, and develop pricing approaches for resale assets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
  • Organize property tours, negotiate terms, and drive deals through to closing.
  • Keep track of Dubai market movements, community updates, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Update CRM records accurately, maintain client information, and follow up on incoming leads.
  • Work closely with the sales manager and wider team to meet monthly targets.
  • Present the business professionally and deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in resale or secondary market real estate in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai communities, pricing patterns, and resale processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation and client service ability.
  • Demonstrated success in closing resale transactions.
  • Must already be living in Dubai.
  • RERA certification is needed, or a willingness to obtain it.
  • A valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.

Languages

English is required. The following languages are preferred: Arabic, Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, French, Chinese, Romanian, Polish, and Norwegian.
