Role Overview

This position is for a home-based customer service and product support professional who will assist customers for a team operating from Chelsea, Massachusetts. The pay offered for this role is $25 to $45 per hour.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt and correct help for product-related questions and problems.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, while walking users through practical troubleshooting steps.
  • Record customer conversations and outcomes accurately in the CRM platform.
  • Work with internal departments to route and close more complex cases efficiently.
  • Share customer feedback that can help improve product functionality and the overall support experience.

Skills and Profile

The ideal candidate should bring strong communication skills, solid problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset. Experience in customer support or product assistance is helpful, though it is not a strict requirement.
