About the Role

RG&T Solutions is hiring a dependable Remote Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant to support day-to-day business operations from Los Angeles, California. This position combines general office support with essential bookkeeping work, making it a good fit for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable handling both administrative and financial tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and keep calendars aligned.
  • Take care of data entry tasks and maintain orderly digital files.
  • Prepare and process invoices and receipts.
  • Support financial reporting activities and bank account reconciliations.
  • Provide help on special assignments and projects as required.

What We’re Looking For
