Role Overview

This opening is for a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager in the Agency Channel, focused on Motor Insurance. The role is a full-time, field-based, individual contributor position. The selected person will be responsible for onboarding agent partners, generating business through them, and ensuring strong partner engagement and service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, approach, and onboard agent partners in the designated territory.
• Generate insurance business through the agents brought into the channel.
• Spend time in the field for partner meetings, training sessions, and joint sales activities.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Guide agents on motor products and on using the PBPartners portal and mobile app.
• Follow company SOPs and compliance requirements at all times.

Partner Retention and Portfolio Health

• Keep partners active through regular interaction and engagement.
• Work to improve renewal and persistency outcomes.
• Maintain a balanced portfolio by promoting the right product mix.

Service Responsibilities

• Assist agents with service-related requests such as endorsements, cancellations, and claims.
• Coordinate with operations teams to close requests within expected timelines.
• Ensure partners receive a smooth and reliable service experience.
