One of the company’s fastest-expanding lines of business is Corporate Access, a platform designed to help protocols raise visibility, strengthen credibility, and create connections with leading institutions. Through four annual flagship events and direct outreach opportunities, the team brings protocols and institutional investors together.

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will own relationships with digital asset protocol clients using The Tie’s Corporate Access platform. This person will act as a key contact, keep clients informed, and support engagement with institutional audiences.

The role partners closely with leadership and the events team to create a smooth client journey while spotting opportunities to deepen relationships and expand engagement.

To succeed, you should understand the digital asset landscape well, including both protocol projects and institutional participants, and bring hands-on relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main contact for corporate access clients and provide responsive, high-quality relationship support
• Deliver a premium, personalized client experience by staying ahead of client needs
• Plan, coordinate, and run The Tie Innovator Webinar Series, including client communication and event execution
• Help create strategic introductions between protocols and relevant institutional partners based on each client’s goals
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and care in client communications, internal follow-up, and deliverables
• Monitor client activity, feedback, and engagement patterns to guide relationship strategy and growth
• Build and sustain active relationships with institutional stakeholders to identify and enable meaningful connections for protocol clients

Requirements

• Prior full-time, client-facing experience working with crypto protocols and/or institutional investors
• Background in relationship management or other client-facing work, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Strong familiarity with capital markets, digital assets, blockchain protocols, and the institutional crypto environment
• Good working knowledge of crypto sectors such as DeFi, RWAs, and smart-contract protocols is strongly preferred
• Ability to earn client trust and establish credibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, changing setting
• Client-focused with a strong commitment to service quality and experience
• Interest in digital assets is a strong advantage

Additional Information

Salary range: USD 90,000 to 115,000, depending on experience.

Preferred location is New York City, though remote candidates may also be considered.
