Relationship Manager

Job Summary

This role focuses on bringing in high-quality new customers and promoting the bank’s products across the customer base as required. It also includes handling service requests accurately and within timelines, resolving issues using the right escalation path when needed, and contributing to the overall customer-facing presentation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium service experience to current customers and use referrals to help bring in new, high-quality business.
• Promote deposit products and fee-based offerings to existing customers to expand market share.
• Work on strengthening customer relationships and support sales efforts to deepen engagement.
• Stay informed about the bank’s product suite as well as competitor offerings.
• Keep improving understanding of products, market movements, and competitive trends.
• Address customer issues using established guidelines and escalate cases promptly when needed.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the bank from time to time.
