Role overview
Zopper is hiring a Relationship Manager for its retail management and device protection business in Lucknow. This role focuses on building business relationships, improving partner engagement, and supporting sales growth through on-ground and digital coordination.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with brand headquarters, retailers, service centers, and promoters.
- Serve as the main contact for partner queries, issue resolution, and ongoing operational support linked to sales targets.
- Create and conduct training sessions for retail owners, service staff, and promoters so they can clearly explain device protection plans and their benefits.
- Connect with stakeholders through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to share updates, respond to concerns, and improve awareness.
- Support lead generation and engagement using digital communication tools.
- Work closely with promoters and shop owners to improve product visibility, recall, and customer mindshare.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events that help drive offline sales.
- Track sales activity, training activity, and stakeholder interactions, then share regular reports with key insights, market observations, and improvement ideas.
