Role Overview

ABA Journey is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support its applied behavior analysis services. The organization focuses on evidence-based care, teamwork, professional development, and helping children make steady progress in a supportive setting.

Key Duties

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in a client’s home, at school, or in a clinic setting.
  • Carry out intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA.
  • Track client progress and record session data accurately.
  • Work closely with families and team members to support client outcomes.
  • Help maintain a safe, encouraging environment throughout therapy sessions.

Pay and Schedule

The role offers $24 to $30 per hour. Scheduling is flexible and based on your availability. The listed location is Valdosta, Georgia.

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification, or a willingness to obtain it.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is preferred.
  • Prior ABA experience or experience working with children is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to clear a background check.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally are required.
