Role overview
Brink’s is looking for a highly capable Regional Vice President to provide operational direction, leadership, and full P&L accountability for one of five U.S. regions, each with revenue of about $225M. This role sits within the Operations team and is responsible for driving both short- and long-term business and financial performance while overseeing a broad branch network in an armored operations environment.
Compensation
The pay range for this role, specific to NY, CA, CO, WA, and MD, is USD 204,700.00 to USD 255,900.00 annually.
Key responsibilities
- Champion a culture of safety and security for all Brink’s employees across the region.
- Guide branch teams so customer service commitments are consistently met or surpassed, while maintaining process discipline, quality standards, safety, and security.
- Advance productivity and efficiency programs that lift margins and improve customer experience through LEAN tools and methods.
- Make sure the Balanced Scorecard framework is applied effectively to strengthen branch performance, refine processes, and improve profitability.
- Monitor market movements and competitor activity to shape regional operating strategy in support of the company’s overall plan.
- Coach and direct Area Directors and Branch Managers across all operational areas.
- Develop talent across the organization and help build a pipeline of future operational leaders within the division.
- Confirm that all field branches remain aligned with Brink’s client obligations and federal contract requirements.
- Strengthen Brink’s reputation and market presence as a leader in logistics and transportation.
- Support business growth efforts and help maintain strategic relationships with major financial institution and retail customers.
- Create, test, and roll out new cash supply chain services and solutions.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 5 years of management experience in operations or logistics.
- 2 to 3 years of experience managing profit and loss along with key performance indicators.
- Proven leadership, business, and general management capability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively.
- Solid facilitation and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort working in a demanding, fast-moving environment and adapting quickly when priorities shift.
- Willingness to travel within the territory 40% to 70% of the time.
- B.A. or B.S. degree.
Preferred qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience leading logistics operations.
- Master’s degree.
- Background in cash handling or retail/financial cash management.
- Strong understanding of customer and business needs.
- Good knowledge of business development methods.
- Strong familiarity with process improvement approaches.

- Strong advisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience leading major change efforts, including high-performing team building, automation, standardization, and transformation of the financial operating model.
